Frequently asked questions

Do I need a SABER certificate for every shipment?

Products covered by Saudi technical regulations need a product certificate and a shipment certificate on SABER for each shipment. We check the HS code of your goods and tell you before shipping whether they need one.

When is the customs declaration filed?

It is filed on FASAH before the shipment reaches the port of entry, so clearance can start as soon as it arrives.

Full container or shared container?

LCL suits smaller loads because you pay by volume; FCL is better value for larger loads. We suggest the right option in the quote.
