When should I send the documents?

Before the shipment arrives, so we can check them and prepare the declaration and clearance can start on arrival.

Do you clear shipments you didn't ship?

Yes, we can handle clearance only for a shipment moved by another forwarder. Send us the bill of lading and documents.

What happens if the cargo is selected for inspection?

We attend the inspection and follow up with customs until release, and tell you if any extra document is needed.
