Quote requests
- Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or transport contract or oblige either party to proceed.
- Any service agreement is subject to the written quotation, booking confirmation and other terms agreed for that shipment.
- Quotes depend on the information supplied. Changes to goods, measurements, route, dates or third-party charges may affect the price.
- Check each written quote for what is included and excluded. Duties, taxes, inspections, storage, demurrage and other third-party charges may be payable separately unless expressly included.
Information you provide
When requesting a quote or arranging a shipment, provide accurate and complete information. Tell NOMI about dangerous, restricted or regulated goods before booking.
Documents, certificates, declarations and permits may be required depending on the goods and route. NOMI may decline requests involving prohibited goods or insufficient information.
Shipment tracking
Tracking shows the latest information recorded in NOMI's system, including shipment status, estimated arrival, origin and destination cities, and last update.
Tracking is not a guarantee of real-time carrier information or a confirmed delivery date. Information may change. Contact NOMI when confirmation is needed for an important decision.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Make false or misleading quote requests.
- Attempt to access shipment information without authorisation.
- Carry out automated or bulk shipment-number lookups.
- Interfere with the website or its security.
NOMI may restrict access to protect the website from misuse.
Website content
The NOMI name and logo, website design, text and images belong to NOMI or their respective rights holders. You may view or print website pages for your internal business use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
